Arjun Sundararajan: Tell us about this show who should tune in and why.

Katherine Lewis: We are entering into our 3rd season, which is very exciting. The show is all about how can we create more opportunities in our lives. So there's this concept that oftentimes opportunities for someone else from some other background in some other city, from some other demographic, And yet, really, we are able to create opportunities anywhere regardless of where we come from or the knowledge we have. And it may take some folks a little bit longer, but the idea is that anything is possible and we can get to wherever we wanna go Let's listen to some folks who have already been there and done incredible things and pull lessons from them so that way we can chart out our own pathway. So the show talks to many different folks from all kinds of different backgrounds and industries just understanding what barriers have they overcome, what opportunities they made for themselves, and how can others follow along and learn from them?
