Motivation for starting Innovation, Sports and Life Show. What were you doing at that time ?

Hemang Shah: Always b around the innovation space. Firstly, as a grad researcher, and then after I computer's my doctorate worked in in a high tech industry, you variety of R and D rules. So as separate theme around everything which I did was in the space of innovation. And the board I I I saw different technical problems. I realized that a lot of other people around me we had trouble understanding how to put innovation into practice. When you hear about How business review case studies and reading all those everyone got an intellectual high. But The next thing if you ask them, how do you put this into practice and they didn't know. And I found that an easiest way to convey a complex idea. Was through sports as a metaphor, because we all watch a variety of sports. I'm a Cricket fan. I watch Nfl, Nba, and a lot of the leadership or innovation print builds are very crystal clear whenever you watch in a game. So in a way, I was also scratching my because I I was like, hey, let me... Merge these words like, which is what's going on? In not necessarily in the supporting world, but can I take a complex subject around a strategic example? Can I be with in a story using sports and that's how the show came about?
